Pay: Normal application fees apply. Payment must be paid online, mailed or delivered to Seminole County Planning & Development.
Below is a list of the items requested for a sufficient application for a ROW Utilization Permit Review (all items are to be submitted via eplan):
1 Application for ROW Plans Review
$1,500.00 Site Plan Review Fee (if road improvements required)
$500.00 Site Plan Review Fee (if no road improvements required)
2 hard copies of traffic study (if applicable), also upload into ePlan project
1 Copies of Drainage Calculations (if applicable)
1 Summary Letter for project
1 Concurrency Application & Fee
Submittals will be reviewed and initial comment or approval shall be emailed to the applicant within 7-10 business days.
