Courtesy Pool Fill Credit

Pool Fill Credit Policy: Seminole County allows for a one-time credit in a 5-year period of $35 on a sewer account affected by a pool fill. All requests must be received within 60 days from the affected bill. 

The $35 pool fill credit will be applied to your account as a credit within 30 days of receiving the application. You can submit your application form to wscustomerservice@seminolecountyfl.gov, or bring it to the Business Office at 500 W. Lake Mary Blvd, Sanford, FL 32773.

If you received a high bill due to a leak or from irrigating new sod or landscaping you can request a payment plan. A qualified payment plan will protect your account.  You can request this payment plan option by sending an email to wscustomerservice@seminolecountyfl.gov.
