Bob Dallari
District 1 Commissioner
Commissioner
Bob Dallari currently serves on the Seminole County Board of County
Commissioners, where he has been a dedicated advocate for responsible growth,
public safety, and environmental preservation. In addition to his role on the
Commission, he serves as the Chairman of the MetroPlan Orlando Board,
representing Seminole County in regional transportation planning and mobility
initiatives.
Commissioner
Dallari’s leadership extends beyond the County. He represented Central Florida
on the national stage as the 2018 Past President of the National Association of
Regional Councils (NARC), an organization that fosters collaboration among
regional governments to strengthen local communities and advance national
policy priorities. Locally, he also served as Vice Chairman of the Central
Florida Commuter Rail Commission/SunRail, helping guide the continued growth
and improvement of Central Florida’s commuter rail system.
Deeply
engaged in community service, Commissioner Dallari serves on several local
boards, including the Kids House of Seminole County, Seminole County Industrial
Development Authority, Public Safety Coordinating Council, Public Schools
Facilities Advisory Board, Seminole Community Alliance, South Seminole and North
Orange County Wastewater, and the Seminole County Arts Council. His
long-standing commitment to civic service reflects his passion for improving
the quality of life for residents across Seminole County.
A
proud resident of Seminole County, Commissioner Dallari began his public
service career with the Oviedo City Council before being elected to the
Seminole County Commission. Professionally, he has worked for Walt Disney
World, where he gained valuable experience in operations and leadership that continues
to inform his public service approach today.
Commissioner
Dallari is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester,
New York. His key priorities as Commissioner include transportation
infrastructure, sustainable growth, the expansion of greenways and trails, the
preservation of natural lands and wilderness areas, and the protection of
Seminole County’s water resources.
Outside
of public service, Commissioner Dallari is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys
hiking, fly-fishing, and exploring Florida’s natural landscapes. He is also a
passionate photographer who finds inspiration in capturing the beauty of the
outdoors through his lens.
In
closing, Commissioner Dallari remains dedicated to serving the residents of
Seminole County with integrity, transparency, and a vision for sustainable
progress. Through collaboration, innovation, and a deep respect for the
community’s natural and cultural resources, he continues to work toward a
future that preserves the County’s unique character while meeting the needs of
a growing region.
