Code Enforcement Boards

The Board meets to consider notices issued in violation of the Seminole County Code including, but not limited to, property maintenance, zoning, and nuisance code violations, such as uncultivated vegetation or trash and debris.

The Special Magistrate hearings are scheduled on the second Thursday of each month. The Special Magistrate considers notices issued in violation of the Seminole County Code including, but not limited to, property maintenance, zoning, land development code, building, citation hearings, fine reductions, fire and sign codes.
