Smart Irrigation Controllers
Smart irrigation controllers use weather and site-specific data to automatically adjust irrigation, applying only the amount of water that is needed.
Soil moisture-based controllers prevent over-watering by stopping irrigation when the soil is saturated and restarting irrigation when moisture levels drop.
If you need help programming your new smart irrigation controller, we’re here to help! Seminole County offers free irrigation evaluations for Utilities customers. Learn more and request an evaluation.
To qualify, entities installing the new fixtures must provide the flush/flow rates for both the fixtures being replaced and the replacements.
Existing toilets must have a flush rate of 1.6 GPF (gallons per flush) or greater to qualify for a rebate on a new toilet. Existing showerheads and faucets must have a flow rate greater than the replacement fixtureto qualify for a rebate.
