Country Club Heights Utilities Improvement Project
CIP No. 00065285
BCC District 4
Project Overview
The Seminole County Utilities Department is working on a project to replace all potable water and sanitary sewer piping within the Country Club Heights subdivision in response to years of frequent pipe failures. This is done through pipe bursting, a trenchless sewer repair method where the existing sewer line is expanded and broken while simultaneously replacing it with the new pipe. This project will include the restoration of features removed or damaged by the construction such as roadway segments, sidewalks, driveway turnouts, or possibly parts of irrigation systems.
We appreciate your patience as we work to serve the Country Club Heights community as quickly as possible. Seminole County is committed to replacing the utilities and getting your neighborhood back to normal as soon as possible.
