As a requirement of the Board of County Commissioners of Seminole County, users are required to register for access to the Seminole County Utilities Standards, Details and Engineering Manual. This requirement is so that we may fulfill our obligation to notify the registered users of any changes.
Proposed changes to the Engineering Manual will be presented at a public meeting to give our users an opportunity to comment on proposed changes. Seminole County strives to improve customer service and all questions and/or comments are welcome at any time, including outside of a public hearing by calling Paul Zimmerman, P.E. at 407-665-2040.
