Boil Water Advisories
If you are under a Boil Water Notice as a precaution, we advise that all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes be boiled. A rolling boil of one minute is sufficient. As an alternative bottled water may be used. This "Precautionary Boil Water Notice" will remain in effect until the problem has been corrected and bacteriological survey shows that the water is safe to drink.

PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER ADVISORY
A precautionary boil water advisory is currently in effect for some customers in Southeast Service Area-Southeast Regional Water Treatment Plant.
The advisory was issued on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 09:00 PM after impacted a portion of the water distribution system.
Crews responded promptly. Once the repair is completed, the system will be flushed, and bacteriological samples will be collected as a precautionary measure.
Approximately 1 service connections are affected.

If your home or business is located on one of the streets listed above, or within one of the named subdivisions, you are affected by this advisory.
As a precaution, residents are advised to boil all water used for drinking, cooking, making ice, brushing teeth, or washing dishes. A rolling boil for one (1) minute is sufficient. Bottled water may be used as an alternative.
This precautionary boil water advisory will remain in effect until test results confirm the water is safe for normal use.
